65-0123 - "Broken Cisterns"

Rev. William Marrion Branham

83 It takes atmosphere to do things. That’s the reason you men are always taught, “Bring your children here.” Well, certainly that’s right. I was glad to see my daughter, Rebekah, come in and sit down, just a few minutes ago. Some of you seen me wink at a woman, it was my daughter, so she come in and sat down. I want her to receive the baptism of the Spirit, and that’s why she is here in the meeting. That’s what the purpose of it. It takes atmosphere.

84 As old Doctor Bosworth used to say, “You can take a hen egg and put it under a pup, it’ll hatch a chicken.” Why? Because it’s an egg and got the right atmosphere.

85 I don’t care if you’re a Methodist, Baptist, Presbyterian; in the right atmosphere, it’ll hatch out a newborn child of God. It’s the atmosphere that does it, no matter what denominational tag you have.

I want you to watch this carefully now and see something really sweet and beautiful. I said this is His end-time revelation of Himself. When the day of grace closes, then the millennium comes very shortly thereafter, doesn’t it? Well, read with me Isaiah 65:16-19. “That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from Mine eyes. For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in My people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.” This is about New Jerusalem. This is the millennium. But as we go into the millennium, hear what He says about being a certain kind of God, verse 16, “That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth.” Yes, that is true, but the real translation is not “God of truth.” It is “God of the AMEN.” So we read it, “Shall bless himself in the God of the AMEN; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of the AMEN; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from My eyes. For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in My people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.” Hallelujah. Here is Jehovah of the Old Testament, “the God of the Amen.” Here is Jesus of the New Testament, “the God of the Amen.” Hear, O Israel: the Lord thy God is ONE God. There it is again, the Jehovah of the Old Testament is the Jesus of the New. “Hear, O Israel: the Lord thy God is ONE God.” The New Testament does not reveal ANOTHER God, it is a further revelation of the ONE AND SAME GOD. Christ did not come down to make Himself known. He did not come to reveal the Son. He came to reveal and make known the Father. He never talked about two Gods; He talked about ONE God. And now in this last age, we have come back to the capstone revelation, the most important revelation of Godhead in the whole Bible, that is, JESUS IS GOD, HE AND THE FATHER ARE ONE: THERE IS ONE GOD, AND HIS NAME IS THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.

He is the God of the Amen. He never changes. What He does never changes. He says it, and it stands fast. He does it, and it is done forever. None can take from what He says or add to it. So let it be. Amen. So let it be. Aren’t you glad that you serve that kind of a God? You can know exactly where you are with Him at any time and all the time. He is the AMEN God and won’t change.

The very expression, a man’s work declares his character! Christ was God’s work. And Christ declared God’s character; His feeling for the sick, His longing for saving of souls, till even He gave His Own life. God’s work, God’s character, was declared in Christ._

_And if you can just empty your own intellectual thoughts out, and give God the right of way, *He can declare His character through the work of your yielding.*

Rev. William Marrion Branham

But, you remember, when it went down, and the grain begin to ripen, that you find, before that grain can ripen, *everything in that stalk has to be dead.* Hallelujah! Can’t you see where we’re standing? *Life is in the grain again.* What is it? Just exactly like the same grain that went in the ground, *the same Jesus in the Bride form, same power, same Church, same thing, same Word*. The same Word sucked up through these and come out here, and come to a head here. And all that Life that come through here, picked up its people. Now it’s forming up into a head, for the Rapture._

Rev. William Marrion Branham

33 † Now, now, Abraham was to inherit the world. Through the... Abraham's Seed was all nations to be blessed. So God came down and talked to him, in the form of a Man.
Now, *God has always been on the earth. God has never left the earth. If He'd ever leave the earth, I don't know what would become of it. But God has always been here in some form*. Oh, praise His Name!
34 *He was with the children in the wilderness, coming out of Egypt, in the form of a Light. He spoke to Abraham in the form of a Man. He spoke to Moses in the form of a Man. He spoke to the Church in the form of a Man, His Son, Christ Jesus*.
And *He is speaking through His Church today, through the anointed Church of the living God, through vessels of clay. "Ye are the branches. I am the Vine." God is still speaking, and the world sees Jesus as you present Him*. That's how the world is... "You are written epistles, read of all men." Your life tells what you are.

320 If I can get myself out of the way, so when William Branham not even thought of, and you not even thought of, till we can see Jesus glorified among us. See Him, that’s our desire. That’s the quick-…gives us the quickening Power. And it gives us joy, to know that we are with Him, both flesh and bone of Him, being the Bride of Him; and seeing His same vindicated methods, proving in us that He is now risen from the dead. See?

321 No wonder He said, “Fear not”, for now, notice, we are redeemed by Him, and now risen with Him. That’s what Easter means to the people, “risen with Him”! Notice. Now we have His Spirit in us, the abstract deed fully paid.

322 No, you don’t say, “Well, I hope I make it.” You’ve already made it. Not, “I will make it.” I’ve already made it. I never made it; He made it for me. See? Not me; Him! “Well, Brother Branham, they say…” I don’t care what they say. There He made it, for me. That’s all I want, I’m caring about.

323 I just—I just want to see Him manifested. How can you do it, call Him down? No. He is in you. See, He is in you. “Well, then, Lord, if I can get myself out of the way, You can manifest. Myself…How can You do it? Because You ordained it so. ‘All that the Father has given Me will come.’” Notice. Glory!

E-19 † Notice in there, God had a servant down there by the name of Daniel, a young prophet about forty years old, who was serving the Lord with all of his heart. And God had a work for him to do.
And in the carrying away of Babylon, *remember, if God has a work for you to do, all the demons out of torment can't take you. They just can't startle you in any way. God's got a purpose for the Holy Ghost Church. And all the devils of hell will never be able to take it away*. God's got a purpose for it. And it will never be destroyed until God lets it fulfill the purpose that He has ordained it to do, and it will.

First of all, we know most assuredly that the purpose of God stands in election. It was purposed in Himself. It was God’s purpose to bring forth a people like unto Himself that would be a Word Bride. She was chosen before the foundation of the world IN HIM. She was foreknown and beloved before she was ever brought forth during the ages upon the earth. She was redeemed by His blood and can NEVER come into condemnation.

395 These two great armies! When the enemy comes in like a flood, as is coming today, what did God say He’d do? “The Spirit of God would raise up a standard against it.” Are you one of them? Yes, sir.

Rev. William Marrion Branham

271 In the New Earth and New Heavens, will never be blackened again, when this New Earth is to come. The devil will be bound… Satan, he is still loose now; he is accuser. But in the New Earth, he will be bound and cast into the Lake of Fire, in this holy Fire.

272 Then, in this New Earth, let’s look at it for a few minutes now. In this New Earth, the skies will never be black again; no, that’s from the curse, see. Never be black again with angry clouds. Winds will never blow across her again like that. No. She’ll never tear up the trees, and tear up the houses, and turn over the things. Lightning and the wrath will never belch from Satan across there, and kill a man walking down the road, or burn up a building. See? No, no more. There’ll be no more typhoons sweep down, or storms and tornadoes, and tear up houses, and kill little children, and things. Huh-uh, won’t be no more. Trying to destroy, it won’t be there. Satan is cast out.

Rev. William Marrion Branham

Same Holy Spirit that saved the Lutherans; that sanctified the Methodists; that baptized the Pentecostals; is now setting in order the Coming of the Lord Jesus. When, it’ll be so powerful, *that Body, will come into this Group, a Church, that’ll draw the rest of them from the grave* . There’ll be a resurrection. *That’s what the Holy Ghost is for* . What is the Holy Ghost? “Without us they cannot be made perfect.”
59-1217 - What Was The Holy Ghost Given For?

51 Now this unconditional covenant. Not “if you will, I will, but I will later on,” or something like that; “I have already give the land to you, and your Seed after you!” Amen. See, already done it! It’s a finished work.

52 You said, “To Abraham He did that.” Yes, not only Abraham, but his Seed after him.

53 And if we’re Abraham’s Seed, it’s a finished product. “Those who He foreknew, He called; those who He called, He justified; those who He has justified, He has already glorified.” What you scared about? That’s right. “And the antichrist, in the last days,” according to Revelation, “deceived all that dwelt upon the face of the earth, whose names were not written in the Lamb’s Book of Life” (since the last revival? No) “before the foundation of the world.” That’s when your name was put in the Lamb’s Book of Life, when the Lamb was slain. God spoke the Word; It was in His thinking, in His thought, He spoke the Word and everything happened just at that time. This is just God’s Seed materializing, that’s all, His Words coming down. Now, when the Light of God flashes across that, quickly that Seed recognizes It, because It’s borned of God. It’s Abraham’s Seed, foreknowed by God. That’s why the Light flashes, is to catch that Seed. If it…

Rev. William Marrion Branham

33 And the very God, back there in the beginning that rolled the world, the moon, the stars, and made them from things which do not appear, or made them out of things that do appear. Out of things… *And where did He get the material to make it? He spoke it into existence by His Word. He said, “Let there be.” And it was so: *Deity. And that—a portion of that deity dwells in the heart of every borned again Christian. Hallelujah. Then what did He say, “Ask what you will, and it’ll be given to you.” There you are*.

*Deity, it fell on the day of Pentecost. It’s still falling. All right*.

51-0508 - "Faith Is The Substance"
Rev. William Marrion Branham

106 Look what Satan did when Jesus laid the Word down on him. “And It’s also written…” He jumped away from that Wire, as I said the other night. Yes, sir. Then what, after you overcome? How do you overcome? Could you ever do it by yourself? No. Somebody went before you and overcome for you. It’s Christ. I’m just an heir of it. I don’t have to do anything. I’m an heir of the promise. The only thing I have to have, is put my faith on His promise. Do you see it?

107 “Brother Branham, are you worthy of that?” No. “You think I’m worthy?” No. “Do you think the Bishop’s worthy?” No. “Is there ever a man worthy?” No. “Well, why?” You’re an heir.

62-0506 - "Possessing All Things"
Rev. William Marrion Branham

24 Search out and find out whether God’s in it or not. Jesus said, “These signs shall follow them that believe.” Signs, wonders, miracles… And when we see our churches cooling down and those things not happening… You have to wait till you get some special evangelist into town or something, then beat a few tambourines and work up a little emotion. God isn’t in that. No.

I’ll tell you what we need today is a back to the old Bible again. Back to the old fashion Pentecostal teaching of the Bible. Back to the Holy Ghost. Back to the power of God. Back to all night prayer meetings. Where they’re hungering and thirsting for God. That’s what we need tonight in our churches, in our—to bring that into our systems.

61-0428 - "Getting In The Spirit"
Rev. William Marrion Branham

And I think that one of the greatest things that any Christian could think of, would be to know that they are now in the Presence of Jesus Christ. We talk about Him; we worship Him; we think of Him; and we read of Him. And now, to have the direct evidence that the One Who wrote the Word is here with us. We see Him moving, His Presence, just like watching something move through the audience, and with the people, and in the people, and over the people, and through the people: God with us, in us, through us, over us. I think it’s a wonderful consolation. Don’t you think so?

62-0611 - "It Is I, Be Not Afraid"

Rev. William Marrion Branham

But if that quickening power is there, you’ll recognize. Like that little eagle; that’s his mama. That’s the Word. That’s THUS SAITH THE LORD. That’s what God promised. That’s what was foretold. That’s exactly what happened. We’re beyond any shadow of doubt, potentially in the resurrection right now, the saints getting ready to be taken up in the air.
